We are living in intense and alive times. Has it always been like this? 

Do you feel an acceleration and sometimes a confusion about what it is important to focus on, about what is yours, and what is not in your personal rhythm?

Do you have a desire to begin to clear up confusions and welcome hidden parts of yourself home?

Sometimes we (you and I) need help in seeing, feeling, and clearing away the emotional clutter and obstacles that are preventing us from more fully embodying our personal truth, magic and living our life more joyfully and easefully.

Obstacles come in everyday forms like relationship (with self or other), money, career, lack of self-confidence or self-awareness, spiritual by-passing, oh so many!  

I am not offering to do your work for you.

I am not a therapist, a business coach, a life coach or here to tell you what your path is. 

No one, I repeat, no one, knows your path better than you do!

I show up, and, as a community member, I invite you to show up as well.

With me gently guiding and witnessing, you learn to go into “energy space”.  You begin to see with your heart and with your inner guidance , instead of only with your mental capacity. 

Dreams and visions that you have in energy space are real! You can bring this reality into your body and enjoy more of your inner reality in your everyday life.

When all is quiet for a moment, you find communion with what remains.

My prayer is that we (you and I) and anyone whose deep desire is to walk their sacred path, find the mentorship, companionship, and guidance (sometimes in unexpected places), to ease their way to not only feel their path but to begin walking it.

Energy Coaching via Zoom

A session is 45min to an hour. We start the session with you expressing in words the topic that is most on your heart to explore. With your permission, in a safe container, with me holding you in love, compassion, and listening with a keen ear, I guide you to explore what is on your heart in different ways, including where it resides in your body. As you learn to go with me into Energy space and feel where the thoughts, emotions, beliefs, and patterns are in your body, we stay with any discomfort or celebrations that may come up. We stay until the charge begins to dissipate and your own wisdom that wants to be known surfaces. We then bring that wisdom back, grounding it deep into your body. Sound simple? Let’s do it! Warning, it’s different every time. It can be helpful (but is not a requirement) to book at least 3 sessions at 2 weeks or more apart.

My wish is that you feel safe, seen, heard, and find more joy and ease to walk your daily and sovereign path.

Hands-on Energy Work

The session begins with a short conversation about what is going on in your life in the present moment. You are then invited to relax on a massage table where I place my hands on you and channel energy that comes specifically for you. Sometimes there are words, often we are silent. You’re welcome to speak at any time to share as things come up.

Crystal Bed Sessions 

During a session, you lay on a massage table for 30 minutes enjoying what comes as it comes, while the crystals emanate. I sit at a distance, holding safe space, leaving you to navigate your inner journey in privacy and in your personal way. I return after the 30 minutes and you are free to share or stay in privacy about your experience.

Crystal Light Healing Bed has 7 extremely clear and highly polished Vogel cut quartz crystals suspended above the client lying on a massage table. Each of the quartz crystals has been cut to a specific frequency and is aligned above one of the seven human energy centers or chakras. Colored lights, chosen to match the frequency of chakra colors, radiate light and energy through the crystals to each respective chakra.
