When i say I’m sorry

When I say, I’m sorry, how sorry am I?

Am I sorry like, oops that was a mistake, I see where I am not serving self and others, I will try to do better?

Or is it, excuse me, , you are in my way, I am required by common curtesy to apologize to you and whoever I mow down on my journey and I will continue to do whatever the hell I want?
