Grace and Creation
As much as we/I have the ability with our great minds and intuition to see and draw ourselves into the future reality, it is just as important to celebrate and enjoy the “what is” that we and our well ancestors have brought to being.
Thank you, thank you, thank you to the well ancestors who put the effort that they could to bring this current reality into existence.
What reality do I want to give my energy to?
It’s not a matter of wishful thinking or ignoring of all that co-exists, the suffering of our communities and all our relations on this planet. It’s not what is named spiritual bypassing.
Sometimes it is the job of elders and foreseeers to put the groundwork in for the “future” that is seen as possible. We see it, we see it, we feel it, we walk and walk, and soon we touch it. When the elders lay the ground, the grandchildren can walk on it.
The children say, thank you grandmother, thank you grandfather, and hold out their precious hands to lead us into the land that we have foreseen. We pause and say thank you.
This can be more than a story and we can reap the beauty in the today that spans past and future.
I/we don’t need to be limited to one or the other. Enjoying the present is a grace and how we live and create on this oh so fluid timeline is our gift in return.
With love,
Laura
