Equinox Time

I am thinking about my friends today who have been luxuriating in the deep covers of winter, dreaming, repairing, resting, doing the hidden work.

As I pay attention to the ramping up of activity that spring brings, the push and pull of the two seasons that the in between brings, I prepare myself.

I put on my shoes (or not) and begin to sow early seeds, some will make it some will not. I remember those people and ideas who transitioned over the winter and I begin anew.

It’s ramping up.

At first I am resistant and then eager. I have to remind myself not to be so eager so to miss what is happening right now.

I am the person on the hiking trip who runs ahead then runs back then runs ahead again. I hope I am enjoying this running and that it helps the group in some way.
