Volcanos, Earthquakes and Hurricanes
We are in challenging times!
I am writing and deleting, writing and deleting. I am being asked to let go of the construct of me-you and embrace the feeling of we. This can be quite uncomfortable when I am in moments of healing me.
In the same way that we “read the room”, that we empathize, that we adjust, when we are in close proximity with our fellow travelers, we are being asked to feel wider and deeper.
We can only feel as wide and as deep as our nervous system allows and it is time to push the boundaries, to evolve.
Each one of us holds a key and a part!
Let’s focus in. Literally. Discover your magic, your part, let it fill your body, every cell of your body. Find a community so you can practice sharing a bigger space without losing your magic.
Continue your personal practice so you can show up in community space (note to self: sometime I will want to explore what it means to be in community space).
There are so many volcanoes of inequality, earthquakes shaking stagnation, and hurricanes carrying the cries of life wanting life.
We each ask ourselves, what is my strength, what do I do best, what little or big things can I do. Nothing is too little or too big. Think ripples.
This is not a complete post, it could be a journal prompt.
