Sedona Retreat

I just returned from a short 5 day retreat with a kindred spirit and other fine souls in Sedona, Arizona. It was a great balance of experience, learnings, me sharing my wisdom and magic, a sweat lodge, massive amounts of hiking the cliffs and canyons and more. For those of you that know me better you also know that there was water healing.

It was so cool because the integration of the energies and healings of the retreat (Soul Body Fusion with Jonette Crowley) happened so naturally and without examination or thought as I was scrambling and hiking and trying to keep my body safe. I even had the experience of being separated from the small group (it must have been spirit because the first hike we somehow all became separated) and was able to give my sincere offering (we were offering what we were releasing) to the mountain alone and from my heart. I released as no longer aligned and necessary, being lost, being alone, and always having to do it by myself. Very situationally profound!

We pulled cards from a deck at the start and end and my beginning card was Forgiveness and my ending card was Grace. The energy of the small group of women was powerful and cohesive. I felt connected and gained wisdom from each of their journeys.

We had an amazing sound healing with Peter Sterling near Rachel’s Knoll including wind harp, flute, drums, and bowl. I am so grateful to Rachel, who has now passed. She put a condition on the property that it must always be available to the public. The entrance and body are now within a gated very exclusive neighborhood but they have to let a certain number of people in. May we all do or say or give something that will impact us all moving forward, even in our death.
