Magic Pumpkin

Somehow I am going to Sedona in three weeks.

Sedona has been on a list in my mind of places that are important for me to visit but I have never been in scheduling mode for specifics. Yesterday the energy that moves me had very definite plans to get me there and who am I to say no? At the beginning of the day I had been invited but had no intention of going. I now have an airplane ticket, a place to stay, outdoor and indoor plans, and a very very dear person to share this with.

How do we discern? How do we listen? How do we make the move of taking action on what our own self is asking?

If I want to be reliable, let me be reliable to my self first.

Now that I have made the plans to (fill in the blank) it is my job to continue to refocus on the internal yes that guides me.

The yes is like a magical pumpkin carriage (don’t criticize, it’s fall). We climb inside, close our eyes, and feel the carriage begin to activate. The light begins to grow (do you feel it?) and the air vibrates with its own special music. It is then that we can open our eyes and look out of the magical pumpkin windows and feel ourselves moving, moving with and towards more of all that we could wish for.

I know I need to pack and make arrangements to get from the airport to Sedona. Do I have time for a haircut?

Laura, this is important! Don’t forget the magic pumpkin!
