Sending Love and Prayers

When and how do we speak about our discomfort? What happens when we don’t speak or feel and hold discomfort tightly, hoping that no one notices, and hoping someone does notice? Can we allow ourselves to pause in the discomfort , to see it, to feel it, relaxing in its vicinity, feeling whatever sides and aspects are coming to our attention, inviting our sacred witness to call upon what needs to come? If we need help with this are we brave enough , and are we aware that finding a trusted ally to confide in is also a good option? I am not here to answer any of the above questions. This is a holiday season and I am simply acknowledging that it can be a difficult time for many people and so asking all who can to send love to those who feel alone and who can’t find their hope and to be as kind as we can to ourselves and others. I’m sending my love and prayers that we can all find love and that this new year opens up with more hope and light for us all.
