May we all do our part, “big” or “small”.

Sometimes we are doing our part without even knowing it. This is the way it is so much of the time for so many of us. My insert here is, there is true magic in knowing.

We are all being called to the inner knowing of our human experience.

How does this come? That is in our individual experience to discover. There is no question in me that this is, and in a way always was, happening.

The depth of the call is being awakened and we fan this awareness in each other. The true awareness is fanned, not by the fancy external fanning but the fanning that comes from the pulsation of heart.

So in this time where so much needs to be done on such a physical and subsistence level, my grandmother friends and I remind each other to remember and be vessels for this transformation in whatever mundane or magical way that we are given.

We rock each other in our grief, we congratulate and truly appreciate our big and small dailies, we clean each other’s glasses, we weed each other’s gardens, we share water, we learn to give and receive in a fluid way, sometimes only visible with our “special” eyes.

Some of us have visibility and some are mainly “unseen” bedrock without which there would be even more collapse.

There is a story told about a person sitting on a branch high up in a tree, sawing away on the very branch they are sitting on. May we wake up and stop sawing before the branch is sawed through.

May we find the easiest path and continue walking, may we survive and thrive as true humans, may we experience our connection to all.

With love and appreciation and thanks to my fellow travelers,

Laura
