What is my joy and responsibility of being an elder?

I understand that not all will identify with the term elder.
Elder spirits come in young and old bodies.
For me, it is a time for trust and letting spirit guide my path. My heart is a refuge in this time.

I have learned a lot and there is still so much to learn.
It can be that reality shifts cause me to need to trust that when I put my foot down on this earth she will hold me. Being an elder is not always “smooth”.

Being an elder can mean that my experience is gifted to another to either make their path easier or to give another the ability to do a hop-skip because they are truly ready.

Even elders have elders, sometimes coming in the form of path companions, sometimes coming in the form of encountering someone who can gift the ‘ol hop-skip.

I accept and welcome all of the beneficial help and am beginning to learn to offer myself as an elder resource.
